You know me i love large blocks, Thanks Karen i love that quilt on the front.
This came yesterday, I picked this because i needed a zigzag machine and a lot of quilters had good things to say about it.
Not planning on quilting on it although it came with free motion and walking foot.

Congrats on the new machine...I had rather have a new machine as the biggest diamond. Not that I need one...i just like sewing machines like other women like jewelry. True story.
Anyway, I was going to get my daughter a sewing machine, and did not have the money to spend on some of the 'better' machines, so I posted on a forum asking about Brother, and so many people had had various models, and had loved them all. They had lasted well, all except the cheapest model...I can't remember the number but it was a number I had not seen. And I have seen this model.
I have not ask my daughter if she has use it...afraid of what her answer will be. LOL

I think you are going to like the Brother. I bought one this year too as a second machine. I wanted to keep two machines threaded one with light and one with dark thread for stitching crazy quilt blocks. I can't get the knack of the automatic threader, but I pretty much like everything about it. I've been using it for almost a year and it's a pretty good machine for the price.
