Hi friends!
My Friday finish!
I started this a few months ago and had trouble with it so it got put away for a while but i finally got finished with it.
A sampler Quilt.
Tommy got up early this morning to cut what grass had grown and cut and weed eat the garden. He has about decided that he can't do any thing late in the day because it's stays hot until way after dark.
He has COPD and can't stand it out side any time but mornings.
He puts the dogs water in the fridge so it will be cold when he gives it to them,
He also warms up their dog food!!!!
He loves his dogs!
I think they might would like their food cold! Right now any way>
Have a great week end friends
Hugs

Your Sampler Quilt is just lovely--what a great finish...;--)))
A lot of work on your garden and in this heat, too. I only
have Basil and my shrubs to water--STILL no rain!!
Have a nice sewing weekend...I finished the 2nd half of Cassidy's quilt--all quilted....now for the border strips....
Hugs, Julierose
Wow your quilt turned out great.
Looks wonderful! Congrats on the finish.
Love your quilt. I hope Tommy got the yard done. Cold water for the dogs and heated food - we do that for Disco - aren't you supposed too - lol.
sampler quilt is a beauty love the assortment of blocks, what a softee DH is with the dogs! Need to get out in my garden and do some weeding but will have to wait till Wimbledon is over as I love my tennis
Your sampler quilt is lovely, a little like stained glass with the sun shining through it. Wondering if our corn will ever get that high, we've had so little rain this summer, we've been hauling buckets of water out to the field where the corn and squash are trying to grow. Hoping our well can continue to support us and our gardens.
I love the sampler quilt, the top row in the picture is my favourite. x
The sampler quilt looks wonderful. I always admire your color choices.
Nice quilt. I see some blocks I am learning to make in the class I am taking. There is something REALLY special about a man who loves an animal like that. My Terry has his Boscoe.
xx, Carol
