Cloudy day!
Today is giveaway day! I noticed I had reached 20000 page views and 500 post so today I am giving away four fat quarters and some charms, not shown, like I always do with the fat quarters. Two of the fat quarters are 'snow day' by me and my sister. The stripe is a fat 8 but I will put another fat quarter in to.
Well I think I beat the bear! it's in the dryer right now, can't wait to see how it comes out. So I have a Friday finish! This battening was what I ordered from Jo-Ann's and I have never used before and it's thick. if it makes a good warm quilt it will be worth the extra fighting with it.
I got it with a 50% off coupon so it wasn't to bad.
I love the way it looks, so nice and thick!
I will put a picture on tomorrow.

I use the warm and natural batting that I buy at JoAnn's. I don't know if that is what you used but it does make a cozy quilt. Congrats on the blogging milestones!

I really love a quilt that's puffy. My kids think they are better then the flat ones. Hope it comes out of the dryer perfect.

I have warm and natural, and on the quilt that I made for our camper I did use fleece in the middle thinking it would make it "warmer". Just learning at the quilting... so I'm experimenting.
