Beautiful day!
I made this Sat. but didn't like it , it blends to much with the green doesn't even look like a star!
Laid this out but didn't put it together, didn't like it!
Changed over to Nette's quilt and worked on this.
We went yesterday to see a close friend, before Christmas she was walking miles every day now she can hardly get up. At our age things can go down fast!
We used to joke that my mom caught leaves before they reached the ground but she got sick Christmas 9 years ago and was gone before Spring.
I think i like this, goes with the beachie theme, maybe a few sharks just for flavor!!!!!
She posted on facebook this morning that a shark almost came ashore it was so close to the beach!
I told her to keep the kids out of the water!!!!!
Don't want nothing to happen to my Grands!!!
Being a grand mother , all you can do is worry!!!!!!
And with 24 grands we do a lot of worrying.
Course our kids think we are silly but they will be grandparents one day and it will catch up with them!
My daughter already is and knows what i mean.

How blessed you are to have so many grandchildren...and yep...I would worry too.
Quilt is coming along beautifully. LOL shark, DH and I went to Florida a couple of years ago and he was swimming and I saw what I thought was a dolphin. Turned out to be a shark which would come in with the tide to the area where we were staying at Fort Myers Beach, FL.
