Surprise in the mail

Hi friends!
We finally found a tree topper we both liked. It's a lighted Star! There was another , it had large colored lighted  leaves, but Tommy said it looks to much like that part of town!!!!! I wouldn't know!!!
Yesterday i made Allie a zipper pouch to match her basket.  This isn't a Christmas gift, just a because .She liked this fabric and liked the baskets i have been making.
Look what my sweet friend Julie Rose sent me , she knows i have grands that deer hunt.
It's great to use these panels because it works as a really big block so they make up faster.
I have the sweetest blogging friends.
The week after Christmas is when i started my blog, so i will have a bloganiversary  giveaway.
I do this every year and this will be my 4th.
It's not long !!!
Have a good one
Hugs

cant wait to start them.

I bought a panel just like that and I cut it and made a window quilt out of it for my son. That was a really nice gift

My husband likes deer too. I see you have a basket that you made! I like your tree topper. This year with my knees hurting so badly I couldn't do the bow on top that I usually do so I had my husband put a Santa hat up there. It looks cute and works for this time. Might even do it again.

Nice tree. Our topper has been the same angel for the past 44 years.

I always like a lighted star for the top of the tree. It looks perfect up there.

My first blog post was right after Christmas too!

The zippered pouch will be a nice addition for Allie.
