Strip Quilt

Hi friends!
Back to the string Quilt.
Four more done, but i think i need to make a few more.  Going to make it just blocks no border.
I will need quit a few more to do that.  I still don't know what i am going to use for joining these blocks together., what color that is!
I will need five for the side and 4 more for the top.  That should do it but i will decide when i get them joined. Started the next row in my daughter's quilt.
I've got the green blocks done but not joined going to put the navy between the green and red.
I cut so much yesterday that my back was complaining loudly last night so will take it a little easier today.
We went for blood work this morning and i came home with antibiotics. Just though my allergy meds. had quit on me but he said I needed them, I know i have felt rough for weeks . This year the pollen is just awful. Have a good one
Hugs

I like your string blocks a lot; I think B&W prints go well as connectors in between strings...and that navy is a great choice on the zig-zag, too...hope you feel better quickly--it seems everyone is sick this year...my ears are STILL blocked up--and my allergies are awful! Taking Allegra every day--but still sneezing up a storm...

The pollen hasn't started here yet....believe me I can wait for THAT! Great choice of fabric between the red and green. The strip quilt is going to be great. You sure have a awful lot of ambition!

Would love to try this method. After you have all the blocks quilted, how will you join the blocks together without the seams showing on the back of the quilt? Ihopeyou will include this in one of your post. thank you! the quilt will be beautiful!mburnette912@bellsouth.net

Your blocks are looking good. Like the blue. Feel better. Everyone seems to have the creeping crud.
