Big brother needed a cover!
I have been just hanging a piece of fabric over her.
So i found a orange dot that i didn't think i would ever use in a quilt and some battening and some binding
I crossed hatched quilted it..

I sew with a big cone of thread so it going to be whop sided but i like it and it does the job!

I love it - now that is one thing I do have too.
That's a good idea I use a square of fabric but I think I will begin to save my practice pieces I keep alongside the machine for testing thread, tension and designs & sew them together till I get a large enough cover!
I didn't think of making a quilt for Ellie but she deserves one for sure, even the dog has quilts!
