We had to go to Rome for a Dr. apt. today, i got me some more grips to hold down my big quilts so i can pin them
These two things are what Tommy got!
He was waiting for them to go on sale to buy them.

I did get two more of these done for my daughter's quilt.
Mostly i worked on this quilt.
But tonight i will be working on getting these into the freezer. This is the first pull of out corn. It's looking a lot better this year than it did last year. we will pull it next week to!
Tommy pulls and i shuck and clean and freeze.
So no sewing tonight.

WOW!!!!!!! That corn!!!! And here I am thinking I was pretty smart eating tomatoes in July!! Which is early for Massachusetts !!!
Not showing the hubby Tommy's acquisitions. He was commenting he needs a new creeper. Great blocks, but oh my that is a lot of corn. Do you parboil it before you freeze it?
