Hi friends!
Don't forget the Followers Giveaway HERE
Last night was our quilt meeting. We named our group Menlo Q B's.
We all tried to do a knot and then tried our hand out small quilting stitches.
Mine look like Morse code small , large, small large. But i intend to practice for the next month so maybe i will get better.
Every one was looking at Bonnie's quilt.
I worked with her for years but didn't quilt then so didn't know she quilted.
Her quilt!
She makes and quilt's each hexagon before adding them together.
A lady that i have forgotten her name made the next one.
Each one is very small!
That's a lot of work!
We had a great time. Have a great weekend
Hugs

Quilt groups can be a lot of fun.
Lovely quilt groups pieces! I like that Cathedral window--Mom and I made them by hand before she passed away....hugs, Julierose
Great to belong to a quilting group, nothing like that where I live,I wish I could join you.xx
The closest quilt group to me is about an hour away so I envy you! Strangely enough there is a quilt shop in the tiny town I live in but no quilt guild???? I've thought about starting one myself but don't even know what is involved.
Your quilt group looks like fun. What pretty quilts.
You are so lucky to have a quilt group. Perhaps now that I am learning, I'll look for a group. I like the way that hex quilt is quilted prior to joining!
