Hi friends!
As luck would have it I ran out of filled bobbins and still had a corner left to quilt.
But I filled another and finished .
When I finish each quilt I clean it out and oil it, hopefully it will last me many more years.
Now Wayne's quilt is on the couch and I am sewing down the binding.
After the sun left the yard late yesterday Tommy got out and cut grass.
He cuts inside the garden fence. to keep down snakes .
This is what I got out of the garden yesterday.
It's just starting to produce, our first tomato's were rotten from way to much rain.
we got 2 inch's of rain last Sat. and haven't had any since. Maybe this weekend.
Have a good weekend
Hugs

Isn't that just the way with bobbins?? glad you got it finished...hugs, Julierose
Gosh it is that way with both the bobbins - and the rain! Frustrating!
Isn't that always the way it is. Running out of Bobbin thread when you are so close to being done. My tomatoes are ripening too, but the 1st one is rotten too.
it is a real pain when the bobbin thread runs out I usually keep stitching not knowing it has run out.
Good to know you are having a dry spell, we have got rain this morning and I have plans to go to a quilting shop that has a sale on, maybe I will leave it till another day as it is a 2 bus ride away
