Tucker's Quilt.

Hi friends!
Rainy day!
I got the sides on and added a slim blue border yesterday.
It had to be slim because i didn't have much of the light blue in my stash.
I think i am going to do a 'i spy' to lengthen it.
Maybe one row down the sides and several on the top and bottom.
Got to make it big enough for a twin sized quilt.
The house is looking like a new house.  Tommy had the gutter guys come out yesterday and put on gutters. You can see them on the edge of the porch.
Look how pretty they look.
But you can't see the rain pouring off the house.  I will miss that.
Have a wonderful sewing day friends.

Oh nice that you have a good sized overhang--that means you can leave windows open more in the rain...I miss those from our first house. Your quilt is coming along so well. Hugs, Julierose

Your ideas for your quilt sound wonderful. Our house has gutters and we still have rain that pours off. LOL

To me, their is nothing better than a front porch to sit on in the evening and watch the neighbors drive by and contemplate the days events...
Enjoy your new porch!
