Gracie's quilt

Hi friends!
I added the next row of squares to the bottom and the top. Today maybe i will get the top and bottom on . I still like doing  the clouds but maybe i will finish it next week,  I hope so , so i can give it to my Gracie.
 We were on the road yesterday to much to get much done on the sewing front. Tommy got sick Wed. so we made a trip to the Dr. yesterday and they are going to set up some test.

I decided to make another basket to hold my fabric's in while i am working on a quilt. One big enough to hold a lot of fabric.

Made with Cotton and steel , i am down to my last two fat quarters of my bundle of it.
I used double sided battening inside it that when you  iron it, it sticks to the lining and outside fabric.
Seems to work real good.  That was my last dark piece but i have scraps left over so i might make one up of strips of scraps

That's eight pieces of fabric in the basket for another quilt that i am working on.
