Cutting scraps!

Hi friends!
A stack of ironed scraps, the last stack from cutting all weekend. You can see the edge of baggies on the right.
Now i need to make a scrap quilt to use some of these up!
I have baggies and baggies full, strips , squares , strings !

Look at this mess from just one bag!
Some of those are blocks of sis's from a quilt she made and made to many, i didn't like the fabric but you can always use it somewhere.
We went to Walmart yesterday and they are carrying   Waverly fabric in the quilting section now and it's 3.97 a yard. That's a good buy and you don't have to pay shipping.
This is what i bought!  Love the pink hearts and the navy dots i got for my daughter a birthday quilt.
I bought 3 yards of that ! Two of the heart's. Plus i ordered some white from Craftsy and it came the other day.  You know they are having a sale!  You can click on my craftsy buddy badge on my blog and order all you want ! i believe its 20& off still.
I always get a 4 yd pack because i love white in my quilts, i think i am going to order some more today, love their Moda solids.
Have a good one
Hugs

You have the makings of quite a few quilts there. I cut some scraps today, then tore apart a scrap bin, now I have a pile that needs to be folded and put away.

My Walmart just added a fabric shop. I must admit that I have so much I shouldn't buy anymore....with the exception of new novelties that I find to die for..and of course Kona Cottons.. I'm trying to build a solids stash. I have vowed to do more usin' and less buyin' this year.
