Birthday Dinner and winnings

Hi friends!
I cooked dinner for my two kids yesterday, birthday dinner! Both of them have June birthdays.
I also gave my daughter her birthday quilt.
My son held up his sister's quilt!
My fence picture!
I made her a set of pillow cases to match!

I at least found a quilt pattern that Amy loved, when i showed her my tumbler quilt top , she wanted one just like that.
So i will be cutting some more tumblers to go with the ones i had left from that quilt top.
Sat. the mail man brought me a book i won from  HERE
It's " crafted Applique by Lara Buccella from HERE
I wanted it so bad that i visited nearly every blog in the hop and entered.
Can't wait to try some of the things she did.
Have a good one
Hugs
Quilt Happy

Lucky win for you to get your hands on Lara's book! I'll be watching to see what you create with appliqués.
