Not doing much!

Hi friends!
I did get my quilt ironed yesterday but that's about all, we went over to visit brother and sis in law and when we got home sis came over and stayed a while.
You can see all the spots that i will need to move pins!
Cut a few more tumblers for a Christmas quilt for son and his wife.
Finished ironing it and it's waiting by my machine for me to get the energy to quilt it.
I got up at 5 this morning and sketched out a pattern for Davids quilt, was hurting so i didn't go back to sleep. I may take a nap after while!
Will have to wait for Tommy to get threw outside so i want worry about him!
He is weed eating the garden so a snake wont bite me.
He took his lawn mower in there Sat. and cut all the grass around the edges.
He does  his weed eating while it's still cool in the morning's. he can't stand it outside when the humidity is high, he can't breath
I got some orka, cucumbers, peppers, squash and one just barely pink  tomato today.
Have a good one
Hugs
Quilt Happy

Glad Tommy takes such good care of you. And I hope you get to take a nap. It is nice to visit family too.

Hope your nap made you feel better; I took a one hour lie down this afternoon as I was up early with the thunderstorms--I like how your tumblers are coming along. I am still waiting for my fabric--the lavender one--to come in the mail...glad you got to visit your family...hugs, Julierose

Looking your tumbler quilt, it's lovely looking. Happy to hear that Tommy does yard work when it's not so hot.

The dark and light tumblers make a great design.

The garden looks fabulous.

Oh how I can relate to this post. I am usually outside when Terry is to make sure he doesn't over do it. The high humidity causes problems with his COPD and lots of times he just doesn't stop soon enough. Your garden looks great.
xx, Carol

Hope you are feeling a better today. I don't have to worry about snakes a whole lot, and usually if I am outside so is DH.
