Yesterday.

Hi friends!
We were gone all day yesterday! And of course we eat at Chili's.
May be the last time! We ordered what we always order and got something else.
They had changed the chicken and the potato's! It used to be Potato's and gravy! The Chicken was totally different.
It used be be great but not yesterday!
First we paid some bills and then we went to Rome, where Chili's is, I had a apt. to get my mammogram. We had a little time before my Apt. so we went to Tuesday Morning, I got Tommy to go in with me . If it had just been me i would have gotten one thing, We bought 3!!
Tommy is always looking for the perfect Skillet, he though he had one with this but his egg stuck this morning. I have a lot of skillets that i have bought that he didn't like or he bough and didn't like. My kitchen is over flowing with stuff now but i needed the loaf pan because mine broke a couple of years ago.
I have lost my cake  pan but it's here some where, but he said we needed a new one. I though i had just gotten my old one where it cooked good.
They were saying 4 to 6 inches of snow today so we went buy Walmart and stocked up. Made for a long day and i was wore out when we got home.
No snow yet , yesterday they were saying by 1 today but now they are saying later. I will believe it when i see it. Of course if we have any i will make pictures.
Have a great day friends
I will be sewing!
Hugs

It does sound like a busy day. Good to stock up just in case. We are always exhausted after a shopping trip to Fairbanks. It takes us a couple of days to recover.

I can definitely sympathize with the search for the perfect skillet. I'm constantly looking for one that won't make me crazy. I found one at Home Goods before Christmas and so far it's working for me. I can't tell you how many I went through before that.
Good luck with the snow. We're used to it here in the north, but it's still a pain in the neck.

Good that you stocked up. Never know how long you are going to be snowbound. I have a problem with with a dutch oven that was burned one time. I burned a pot roast the other day in it. Once a pot is burned it is worthless. Grrrr.

I can send you A LOT of snow if you really want to see snow LOL
It's snowing right now. Normal temps are supposed to be around 40 and the night temps here are still single digit minus. We have broken a 100+ year record for total snow in February and we have snow in the forecast for every remaining day with a storm forecast for March 1...don't get me started!!

We don't really like our Chili's here. I hope you sent your food back. I hate it when a resteraunt changes the menu. Most of the time they just delete my favorite LOL
