It's begining to look like a quilt

Hi friends!
I am joining these with strips , 1 1/4 on the back and 2 1/2 on the front . I iron the 2 1.2 double and it is then 1 1/4.
I got these done yesterday and then did another row.
Wasn't feeling good so i stopped.
Hope to get a few more joined together, maybe with out taking them back out. was still doing that yesterday.
We sat out side this morning and my eyes started running, It's rag weed season!
They get me big time!
Went this morning and got gas for Tommy's toys.
He was wore out by the time we got home!
We also carried off the garbage  , bought some apples from our friend than sell them every year.
Elijay, Ga. Apples fresh from the tree.
Had to stop at two gas stations because there is only one that sales off road diesel.
He thinks he should be totally recovered and its just been 5 weeks since his surgery.
Soon he goes back to his Sergent.
Have a great weekend friends.
Hugs

Happy you got some sewing in--coming so nicely. I have allergies this time of year, too--they just wipe you out. Hope your Tommy will be feeling a lot better soon. Have a wonderful and restful weekend...hugs, Julierose

You got some sewing done that you like. I agree Tommy just had major surgery and needs to take it easy!!!!!!!!

Um yeah he won't be back to 100% for a while. The older you get the longer it takes to heal. And the more difficult the surgery the longer.
