Jarrod's quilt

Hi friends!
I managed to work on Jarrod's quilt a little yesterday after putting away all the Christmas things.
The tree is gone for another year.
Tommy said we can't keep doing this! He took the tree apart. I told him when we get to where we can't we will put up a little tree!
We have a couple more in that big closet. Or we could get us a smaller one. Set it on a table in front of a window.
Just now he went to get the mail and came in and took the wreath off the front door.
So it's all put up except for one table runner and a large cushion.
I need to make another table runner to replace that one and then it will go to..
I just put it up like this last night so I could cook supper.
Going to work on it some more today.       Finish that row and add a small border.
Have a good one
Dreary here!!
Hugs
Babs

It is a dreary day here too. I know exactly what you mean about a Christmas tree - it is very hard to bring it up and down stairs.

You sure did a lot of work on Jarrod's quilt - you will have it done soon - very nice. You are a hard worker.

We had sunshine today. Glad you got your Christmas stuff put up, and Jarrod's quilt almost completed.

Jarod's quilt looks lovely.;)))
We gave up our big tree thing three years ago when Mom passed...we have a small tabletop fiber optic tree that we set out in our tv room...and our wreath that I made years ago from pinecones I collected, baked them in the oven to get the sap out and put them in a wire frame...I add a new bow every year--that is the extent of my decorating...it gets to be difficult for sure...

Loving Jarrod’s quilt. A friend of mine keep her tree up with all the decorations in a spare bedroom. She has it on an old table cloth and drags it to the bedroom. She is 75. She just drags it out every year. She does have hardwood floors.

We are having another snow storm. Hubby has shoveled twice today.
