Hi friends!
My brother 6000 didn't have a cover so I used her to make her one. I sewed a bunch of 4 1/2 inch square that I had cut and sewed them together and made a quilt sandwich out of it.

I used muslin for the back and poly as battening. Don't want any dust to get to her workings.
Measured the side and subtracted 3 inches for the top and divided it in half and cut some thick fabric for the sides and sewed them on. I had some blanket binding so i banded it with that for the binding.
Just right! Great use of scrap fabric
Next i need to make her a mat!
Have a good one

Its a cute project but I'm not sure you needed it becuase you are constantly sewing on it!....HAHA!
Great cover and good use of your squares.
Super cute.I add one to my to my large to do list.
Hope things are doing well.
Great idea and your machine will appreciate the care.
I contemplated making a machine cover today, yours turned out very cute.
I have plastic covers. I never think to make something useful for myself. I like it that you made your cover. AND it looks great!
