Sewed a little but going to have to dig to find the colors of thread i need.
I have no orange or yellow unless it some left from my days of making my kids clothes. Since they are in their 40 's it may be rotten.
I have bought a little box of small threads spools from Hancocks a year ago but nothing in their will do either.
I found a dark green and used that on some!
I was having so much trouble threading my Brother that i was just about to give up and then though about auto threading . My hands are to big and the space is just to small to get into the area i need to
work in so i studied how you did
that and figured it out. I have had machines forever that had it but never tried it before.
See how small it is!

I have a threader on my newer machine and when I get tired and frustrated I use the handy dandy needle threader....the old fashioned kind and a flashlight. Your quilt is looking good, I think that is what kind of slows me down about machine applique, the constant thread change. UGH! I don't have many yellow or orange threads either.
