In memory

Hi friends!
Beautiful day!
A couple of month's ago  a friend sent me a message asking me if i could make her a baby quilt for her cousin , they are both grand kids of a friend of mine who died in 2001 of cancer, and she wanted me to use some of her grandmother's clothes.
Of course i said yes!!
 My daughter had grown up with her daughter and the one getting the baby quilt was her friend's child.
She brought a little fabric that she wanted to go in it to.  Well my daughter said 'I want to pay for the backing and  i got a little more fabric that was approved.
I gave her the labor free in memory of my old friend .  I didn't know whether i could do this with out crying all over it or not.  She was Married to my adopted ' brother'  . Her husband was my cousin's cousin and we were born a few days apart. Our birthdays are all next month.
Last weekend they gave her her baby shower so now i can tell all of you about the quilt.
I just hope that it was good enough for my old friend.
