More blocks

Hi friends!
Dreary day!
Still working on Alisha's quilt.  I have made 3 red work blocks and ten or twelve blocks  for it.
I haven't made up my mind about saching.....i may just sew the blocks together.   I haven't made any just sewing them to each other quilts.

Later in the week i have to get some battening for it and try to finish it by the end of the month.
We went to top off  the gas tank in the car.  We 'topped' off the truck last time we went to town.
Is your hubby like that , wants to top it off before it gets higher?
Sis came up this past weekend and came over.  She had cleaned her sewing  where she lives at and brought me a bag of fabric.  The house near us is her retirement home.  If she ever retires.
She will turn 61 in march.
Have a great sewing day.   Quilt Happy

Lots of nice blocks. The fabric in that first pink one is really nice.

nice looking blocks. when they are different sizes, say between 9 and 11 or so, then pick a size larger, say 16 inches and add fabrics borders to make them that size. the new size will make it easier to sew them all together and will allow more creativity planning the layouts. thats what I have done when I won blocks in a guild raffle. all different sizes and didnt want them to sit.
