Got these last year but haven't used them but this Christmas I will . They have a switch and you can turn them on.
They flicker and the lights change color.
Now I want to put my tree up!
But it want be long, tomorrow is the first day of September!

Sis was over all afternoon Sat. bringing me books and carried what I had finished home with her.

Anne and Max Darling are restoring a old house for their home. The old Franklin mansion.When some one is murdered there.And they have to find out who her there one just so they can move in when they finish.
The dead woman 'son is the one police suspects but Anni and Max don't think so.
They are the only ones to think he didn't kill his mother.

Finished quilting this one last night, that is the 10th , that isn't a veteran quilt. I have one quilt for veterans sandwiched but not quilted yet. I checked to make sure that labels were added to each one. I may have to order some more soon. If I make tree vet's quilts I will have plenty enough for this year.
Planning on doing one more , to have three to give in Oct.

It poured down time after time yesterday.
Along with this white.
Every time I go into my sewing room I see a mess! Got to get it cleaned up some before I can sew.
So today I clean! Even the ones I ironed and stacked is leaning every direction!

Charlotte brought her baby quilt. She had it nearly quilted.
Then Susan showed her wall hanging.
Of course Margaret bought her latest I think she has made over 20 for the nursing home.
I carried this one!
Going to try to make a few vet's quilt next.
I have three of these , going to see what else I have that works.

We are in our brand new bedroom! Next week he will start on the next room. This day is for cutting grass!!!
The quilt doesn't match but it's the only one he will sleep under. Plus it does have blue in it. My camera doesn't show the colors true. The blue is blue not purple. Next I need to find my dust ruffle and get it onto the bed springs.
This is the 8th wheelchair quilt, have two more in progress.
Hoping to have 12 by the time we carry them to the nursing home.
This one would work for a man. Animals on it!!

Yesterday we went to Long Horn for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was raining yesterday but 25 years ago it was the cold day in August! I had to wear a jacket but that could have been nerves! They even turned the heat on for me.
Because of Covid 19 we went early , about 3:30. Their was a few, mostly old people in there, Like us!
I think he is just about finished with our bedroom, after seeing those two big snakes trying to get back under our bedroom, he has gone a long way to sealing that room. Even crouking around the floor!
Can't stand the though of sharing it with snakes!
25 wonderful year this man has made me laugh. If I ever get down he goes out of his way to cheer me up!
We tease and cut up all the time! I am truly blessed!

This was made at Tommy's 80th birthday party.
This is our official picture maker standing in front of the place the girls rented. We had lots of family and friends attend, had a great time.
Friday night we went to my brother's house and had steaks with them for Tommy's and Howard, my brother birthday's.
Greg, Mel's hubby had a birthday this month to. So we do a lot of celebrating in July.
My blood work ,[ second time] came back unchanged so they will watch it, told me to quit eating fats! Already had to quilt eating sweets and salt. Is there any thing left to eat? Could use some tips!!!!!!
