Hi friends!
Been making petals this past weekend.
This is a slight off white !
This is a bright white!
Trying to decide which to use.
In the 1930's was the white's bright or a little subdued?
Amy wanted a thirty's quilt so I got all thirty's reproduction fabrics.
I have asked Google but no answer!
I stumped Google!
Sis has been on vacation.
She brought me back this! I take a Turmeric curcumin capsule every day but this is the tea with black pepper , suppose to help with pain.
It's a yellow tea!
Today I am getting out side and walking!
When I don't walk for a few days my hip hurts and keeps me awake at night.
And It hurt yesterday and all night!
Getting old is not for Sissie's!
Have a good one
Hugs
Babs

Oh you are so right--it is not for sissies!
I would think that because maybe they used a lot of muslin the 30's, the off white may be your choice--I like off white in quilts--doesn't read as bright...
your petals are lovely hugs, Julierose
I too vote for off white. Gonna look cute
I like the off white. Pretty petals.
Hi There Barbara,
I remember being at a quilt show a few years ago, there was a booth that sold mainly reproduction fabric. They had yardage of a white they called 30's white. It wasn't a bright white, and it wasn't the color of unbleached muslin, it was somewhere in between. I hope that helps! lol Take care - Karen
I still think you might have a hip problem. Does the turmeric bother you stomach I want to take them too.
I have hip issues too. Somehow mine must be tied to my Sciatic issues because when I do the exercises for sciatic, my hip does feel better. I am 5 years younger than Terry and I tell him all the time I am catching up with him. Personally I think off white would be more in tune with a 30s kind of quilt.
This really answered my drawback, thank you! slots for real money
This actually answered my downside, thank you! casino games
