Yesterday was a mess!

Hubby had a appt. at the DR. , got down there and they had no reason to see him and told Hubby that he would have to pay cash to see the DR. for no reason! He told them no thanks!

A whole day wasted!

He had a appt. at his other eye DR not long ago to find that there was no change and they are doing nothing!

Seems like they love to mess with old people., Course it's to get to get more money from Medicare!

Just waste our time!!!!

We went to pick up Meds and rode around looking at houses in the country., Hubby has lived in a lot of houses around here. His daddy was strictly a country man.

Think I am going to make place matts to match  Tatum's bowl cozies.

Latest diamond painting. I ordered four more because I have one more after this one.

So calming!

Random Things

Hi friends!

My sweetheart got me these! Wasn't that sweet? But he is 99 % of the time.
 This morning we got some masks that I ordered Sat.! Amazing!  Maybe a drome delivered it.

I haven't sewed in over a week!

So many today since it's cold and rainy I will sew some.

Suppose to get rain and ice later today, not looking forward to that.

We may stay at home till it warms up!

Ready To Sandwich

 Hi friends!

Backing for my next quilt.

 Hubby has now broke out in a rash after taking his shot on Monday!!!  But I am much better! He has meds for a rash so we will be fine and maybe we can hug our kids again!

Or just have a dinner with them!

No sewing has been done this week at all! But soon!

This is the quilt top I got the backing up for , that I made before Christmas

 Maybe soon and I get it sandwiched. Hugs

Got Our Shot

 Hi friends!

Got our shot on Monday and yesterday I  dozed all day! So dizzy and sick . Felt awful , Tommy had a headache and felt bad but that was it. Today I am a little weak.  Better than having that virus!!!!

At least now maybe I can hugs my kids and grands when I see them!

Just praying that got the shot right !  I think we are gunny pigs for these shorts.

This top is ready , just as soon as I feel up to sandwiching it.

Last Shot

 Hi friends!

My second set , sense last Thursday I have filled that wall full.

I like doing blocks!

We got our second shot this morning. The nurse said she got hers Friday and Sunday she had a headache and chills but no fever! She was fine today. I have heard several say the same thing. but I will let you'll know!

When we got our first shot there was just a few there, today the place was covered up! Didn't ask , they may have been doing a whole days worth in four hours.

We are still going to wear a mask when in stores just to be safe.

Tommy has COPD so not taking any chances. Course I am now a diabetic just in the last six months and that is a risk. The first shot just made a sore place on our arm and that was it.

Hi friends!

Have you ever seen 7 dollars plus skink so fast?  Pitiful!!! Miss the bacon we used to have !

Still making log cabins! At least one every day!

Working on a doggie!

Cloudy days! Seems like six  days in every week are cloudy!

But the sun shines inside!

Monday we go for our next and last shot!. They say it takes a few weeks after that to be covered . I will be happy that Tommy will be protected. With COPD he needs it more than I do but I have always taken vaccines, my daddy used to tell us 'Go get it" and my brothers and I would do it. Sis was 10 years younger than us so she got hers at different times.

We used to walk to the health Dept. after school and roll up our sleeves.

Worked good all these years!

Yesterday I was cussing the internet because it's so slow and this morning I got a letter saying they had speeded it up..... Where?

Next they will raise the price and I will still be looking for that speeder internet!

Spitting Snow

Hi friends!

Still making one a day! Some days that's hard to do!

Still working on these to! Pretty soon I will get enough and get them in the mail.

Using a cover for a electric blanket for storing my blocks.  Sis got me a half sized for Christmas because Hubby hates them but my feet and legs get cold and hurt . Hubby keeps the air on all summer and the fan on all winter! Had nine on the block wall and put them in here and starting on the next batch.

Made one Sat. and one yesterday!

Got to go right  now and make one for today. Spitting snow outside  now!
