Fabric!

Hi friends!
Did the other two after a trip to town yesterday.

After supper I sandwiched all four.

Shania's Fabric finally came , now I am looking for a good pattern to make it by.

I have three different fabric's. A snowball quilt would show case all the characters.

The teal is for Landon and Tori a wedding quilt.  Got the grey to go with it earlier
Got to find some more different teal fabric to mix it up. They want a jewel box quilt.
Got my next few months planned out now.

Place Mat's

Hi friends!
yesterday I worked on place mat's.
looked it up and any where from 12 to 16 is good, so I made mine 17 by 15.

The border on the table runner just had scraps left so I am using them for the center.

I made two! Maybe I will get the other's made today.

Sewing!

Hi friends!
Only quilting that I have done so far on my new Christmas table runner.

I was expecting fabric for Shania's quilt today but no mail. One of our mail-persons may have left it some where else, she has done it before.

Liking this pattern! A great scrap quilt.

It was so nice yesterday so Tommy worked on the drive way.
We had gotten some mud holes near the car porch and we were tracking mud in all the time so he fixed it.
The winner of my giveaway was Imogene , got in touch with her yesterday.
Since she is in my quilt group I will deliver it Sat. when I see her.

Our Weekend

Hi friends!
This is Angel and Cameron.
Angel is one of my grand babies and she and Cameron are moving to Texas. She came down and eat breakfast with us Sat. Because we wont see her again till Christmas . Then she and I went and walked and talked for a while before she had to leave.

I played with fabric this weekend , Christmas I realized that my Christmas table runner was four or five years old so I believe it's time for a new one.

Didn't finish either one , when looking for a border I really piled up the fabric rejects.

Did find some I had forgot That I had bought!

Hopefully the paw patrol fabric will be here tomorrow and I can get started on Shania's big girl quilt.

String Quilt and GIVEAWAY

I laid out all my made blocks of my strip quilt and Counted up how many more I need and it came to 20.
May take me a while.

Just leaves 19.

Now 18!
I may get a few more finished this weekend.
Going to start Shania's Quilt next week, the order will come in next Tuesday for her Paw Patrol fabric. Her favorite cartoon.     Today she is Three.

Making her a big girl quilt for her a late birthday present.
I am in limbo until the fabric comes in!
So I am reading a lot of books!

My Christmas Quilt

Hi friends!
Added borders onto my Christmas quilt..
Wasn't to sure about this fabric.

But it picked up lots of the same colors .

It was a square quilt but not big enough for our queen bed so this is what I finally found that works.
With all the Christmas fabric I have , it still took me forever.

Maybe I can get it sandwiched this weekend.

All of it just made my Christmas morning.
One quilt I left out of my line up was a beach quilt I made for my baby step daughter Tonia.

I had saved a picture of it but lost it some how!
If I really looked I am sure their are a few more that I missed.
Before Thanksgiving, I think ,I put up two quilts I was working on to work on Christmas..
One was this.

I finally found some Christmas fabric that had the same colors in it so I cut borders .
I will post that tomorrow.

My daughter knew I had wore out two of the smaller size mats so she got me a bigger one for Christmas.
Tommy's oldest Missy got us a great coffee pot which I cleaned that night so we could use it the next day.

We are serious about our coffee around here!
