Hi friends!
Our tree in the front yard was at least 100 years old or getting close.
We had it cut this morning. Tommy had been talking about it for years but after seeing all the tree's on houses from last Sundays storm, he went ahead and got them to do it.
It had a nice rotten streak all the way across the middle!
It was hugh!
They are doing a good job of cleaning up!
Now Tommy wants them to cut that old cedar that he had the top cut out of years ago.
So they will most likely be here all day.
Have a good one
Hugs

You should save a slab of it since it is so old and make something.
Better to be safein the storm than keep the tree
Tommy cut that down himself????????????????????????
Will you use the wood for a wood stove? Would get a lot of nice fires from it. I saw your message on my blog so I moved the 'follow' thingy up so you can see it if you still want to follow.
