Kristian's Quilt

Hi Friends!
Last week Kristian brought me a Berry t-shirt to go in her quilt and I finally found my interfacing to fix it for her quilt.
It was hide behind my messy sewing table bits and pieces. To many quilts in progress!
I had already added it to my list of things to buy but ran across it.
Going to place it right in the middle.
Made another row!
She graduates next month!
Got to work more on it!
We go for blood work next week so I am having to talk to myself ! No Chocolate!
It a up hill thing!
Why do we get so fond of sweets the older we get? I don't crave a baked potato!
I need to diet because it looks like my days of walking the treadmill are about over! My feet and legs keep me up at night hurting. It's that or that firm mattress we bought a couple of years ago.
Because they quit hurting if I get on the couch!
This getting old is not for sissy's! See girls what you have in store for you when you get older.
Pray for our Northern friends.
To much snow this winter!
Hugs
Babs

I'm with you with those leg pains--not fun is it? Especially after I walk on that treadmill...aaargh!! Anyhoo, I think you are amazing to be making all those quilts. I am definitely on my LASt big quilt--just hoping I can do some wee-smaller things...no sissies in this house either!!
Today is my hubby's 79th birthday..Mother Nature is putting on a big storm just for him!! NOT!! Snowin' and blowin' to beat the band out there...
hugs, Julierose

I got rid of my treadmill, so I'll blame it on the new firm mattress that I hate...giggle. Want my old one back with all the cooties.

Why does chocolate hurt your blood work?

And may I say - that quilt is going to be gorgeous with those colors.
