Still making petals!
Pinned two squares yesterday after making up a bunch more. Using eleven per-flower takes a bunch, so does a king sized quilt.
Spent some time last night quilting Michael and Ashley's quilt.
It's a big queen so it will take a while.
Maybe this weekend I will get some more sandwiched.
Tomorrow Sis and I are going to the yard-sale for some more fabric and some thread.
Tommy doesn't feel good so may just stay at home today and sew.

Pretty petals...that queen quilt is a big job...take it slow and rest in between...

May I say I love those petals - and making them into a flower!!!!!
I usually sew the pattern differently.i sew the cut pieces on one long edge to each other making the plate. Then i grab backing and sew the plate to it on the rounded edge all the way around the circle. Clip and Pull through the hole in center. Then applique it down and circle in middle.
